K&B Transportation: Choose Your Pay, Choose Your Hometime

K&B Transportation is offering four different options for experienced drivers — each with its own pay structure and hometime schedule.

If you’re an experienced driver and want to run Midwest routes, we likely have a position that fits you even if you don’t live in the Midwest.

DRIVING OPTIONS

1. Road Warrior

• • Pay: Start at 70 CPM with $1,610 minimum guaranteed
  • Earnings: Top weeks up to $2,000
  • Hometime: Out 8 weeks, home 10 consecutive days (up to 20 days)
  • Availability: Nationwide hiring — flights provided for hometime if you live outside our Midwest lanes

2. Midwest Regional Premium Pay

• • Pay: Start at 68 CPM with $1,564 minimum guaranteed
  • Earnings: Top weeks up to $2,000
  • Hometime: Out 4 weeks, home 5 days
  • Eligibility: Must live in Midwest operating lanes

3. Traditional Midwest Regional

• • Pay: Start at 62 CPM with raises to 64 CPM
  • Guarantee: $1,426 minimum per week
  • Earnings: Top weeks $1,800+
  • Hometime: Every 2 weeks in most Midwest areas (weekly in some locations)
  • Eligibility: Must live in Midwest operating lanes

4. Dedicated

• • Pay: Salary-based program with top pay regardless of miles
  • Hometime: Predictable, regular schedule but varies by location
  • Availability: Varies by location — check with recruiting for openings
