TA Robertsdale is now open on I-10 in Alabama with 178 truck parking spaces, diesel fueling, truck service, showers, and dining options.

New TA Robertsdale Opens for Truck Drivers

Truck drivers traveling along Interstate 10 in southern Alabama have a new place to stop. TA Robertsdale, a new TravelCenters of America location, is now open at Exit 53 in Robertsdale, Alabama, offering truck parking, fuel, dining, showers, and maintenance services for drivers traveling through the Gulf Coast.

What TA Robertsdale Offers Truck Drivers

Robertsdale location was designed to serve professional drivers with a wide range of amenities in one location. The new travel center includes:

  • 178 truck parking spaces, including 18 Reserve-It spaces
  • 11 diesel fueling lanes with DEF available at every lane
  • Eight private showers
  • Laundry facilities
  • Driver’s lounge
  • CAT Scale
  • Pet area
  • Truck service center
  • Convenience store

The location also provides 46 parking spaces for passenger vehicles, including accessible and RV parking.

TA Robertsdale Adds More Truck Parking on I-10

One of the biggest features of TA Robertsdale is its truck parking capacity.

With 178 truck parking spaces, the new location gives drivers another option along Interstate 10, one of the country’s busiest east-west freight corridors. The site also includes 18 Reserve-It parking spaces for drivers who want to reserve parking before arriving.

Dining and Services

Drivers stopping at TA Robertsdale can choose from several dining options, including:

  • Derail Diner
  • Subway
  • Miss J’s Cafe
  • Sbarro
  • Fresh grab-and-go meals from the on-site deli

In addition to food, the travel center offers truck maintenance, showers, laundry facilities, and other services that allow drivers to take care of both their equipment and personal needs during a stop.

TA Robertsdale Features a Railroad-Inspired Design

Unlike many travel centers, Robertsdale TA location includes a railroad-inspired theme.

According to TravelCenters of America, the property features train tracks running through the site and the Derail Diner restaurant, giving drivers a unique stop while traveling through Alabama‘s Gulf Coast region.

Why TA Robertsdale Matters to Truck Drivers

Finding safe truck parking remains one of the biggest challenges facing professional drivers. The opening of TA adds nearly 180 truck parking spaces along a major freight route while also providing fuel, DEF, truck service, restaurants, showers, laundry, and other amenities in one location.
