• Burnt Wells Rest Area on I-10 west of Phoenix, with more than 100 future spaces
• Meteor Crater Rest Area on I-40 near Winslow, with additional large-scale capacity

Together, these sites will add dozens, and in some cases hundreds, of new truck spots over the next few years.

Because these locations sit along key east-west and north-south freight routes, the improvements could ease pressure across the entire state network.
