TravelCenters of America (TA) Opens New Truck Stop in Pueblo, Colorado

A new TA Truck Stop is now open in Pueblo, Colorado, adding more fuel, parking, and services along the I-25 corridor. The location opened in early December and sits at 1275 Drew Dix Parkway off Exit 104. The company states that this site expands driver access to parking, diesel lanes, and full-service amenities in southern Colorado.

TA Truck Stop: Fueling and Parking Capacity

The new TA Truck Stop offers eight diesel lanes with DEF and 16 gasoline lanes. The site also includes 210 truck parking spaces, which is a large capacity for the region. According to the company, this parking expansion aims to support local and long-haul drivers who often face tight parking options along I-25.

The location also provides a CAT scale for weight checks and round-the-clock access to basic travel needs.

TA Truck Stop: Dining Options and Driver Services

Several dining options are available on-site, including Black Bear Diner, Del Taco, Sbarro, and Bojangles. The travel store carries snacks, drinks, merchandise, and travel goods.

For professional drivers, the TA Truck Stop includes:

  • Showers
  • Laundry facilities
  • A driver’s lounge
  • A pet area
  • A truck service center with 24/7 roadside assistance

These services give drivers access to rest, repairs, and basic needs in one location.

TA Truck Stop and Regional Impact on I-25

The Pueblo site may help ease pressure on nearby truck parking, which has been limited in parts of southern Colorado. Its proximity to I-25 provides drivers with a reliable stopping point between major freight hubs in Colorado and New Mexico.

The facility adds another large-capacity stop within TA’s network, which already operates multiple locations across the state. This one offers a broader mix of parking, fuel, and services than some older sites, according to information provided in the release.

What the New TA Truck Stop Means for Drivers

With more parking, more diesel lanes, and multiple dining choices, the new TA Truck Stop gives drivers additional options during long-haul runs. Its location along a major freight route may also reduce congestion at nearby stops that frequently fill up during peak hours.

The site’s maintenance services and roadside assistance provide added support for drivers dealing with breakdowns or last-minute repairs.
