BR Williams Acquired: The Recent Merger Results in New Company “BRW”
BR Williams merges with Haney and White, forming BRW. This powerful alliance strengthens trucking, logistics, & warehousing services across multiple states.
Haney and White Enterprise, from Kentucky, has purchased BR Williams Trucking and LTL Logistics, combining them with its own companies to form a new entity called BRW. This merger brings together four businesses under one roof, creating a stronger company in the trucking and logistics industry. BRW will manage a fleet of 175 tractors and over 700 trailers, plus five warehouses across multiple states. The goal is to grow the company and reach $250 million in revenue by 2030.
Focus on Growth and Customer Service
By merging these companies, BRW plans to offer better services, especially in trucking, warehousing, and logistics. The company sees this as a chance to expand and better serve customers in areas like automotive and e-commerce. Nate Haney, one of the founders, expressed excitement about building on B.R. Williams’ strong reputation.
Continuing a Legacy that BR Williams Began
BR Williams, a family business since 1958, will keep its name and traditions under the new ownership. CEO Greg Brown believes the merger will help the company continue to lead in the industry.
This acquisition is a major step for Haney and White Enterprise, positioning BRW for future success and growth.
